Ciao! I’m Elena, born and raised

at the foothills of the Italian Dolomites,

now living in Vienna and mum to two boys.

I’ve been cooking since I was a little girl,

when my mum first taught me.

Like a raccoon, I’m curious, hands-on,

and a little obsessed with good food.
